Youth Choir: every 5th thru 8th grade student in the CCD is invited to join the "St. Cornelius Youth Choir".
Watch and listen to members of the St. Cornelius Youth Choir sing "The Snow Lay on the Ground" by clicking on the photo. The video was made in November, 2010. The choir is composed of students in grades 5 to 8 from both the parish school and parish CCD program.
The choir will be singing at various parish liturgies and for special occasions such as Christmas Eve Mass. Members will have an opportunity to use the hand chimes and other special instruments.
Practice will be on Wednesdays from 5:15 to 5:50pm in the school music room.
We are also looking for people who play instruments to join the 5:00 pm, 7:30 am, 9:00 am, 11:00 am and 7:00 pm musicians. Instrumentalists are welcome to audition. We are looking for more Cantors as well.
